Infusion Group emerged from a combined passion of founders - Samara Teefy and Nads Harden - for achieving the best possible outcomes using pragmatic and practical approaches. We share a view of getting the basics right and not offering solutions that “over-reach” what you may want or truly need. We value a people-centred approach in how we work, recognising that this approach gets the best results for your business and workforce.

Our business experience reflects management, senior practitioner and consultancy roles in large and mid-sized organisations such as City of Gold Coast, Telstra, Kyocera Australia, Catholic Education, Queensland State Government, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, International Game Technology Australia, Not-for Profits and major sporting events. We get the ‘big stuff’ and know how to apply it in a way that gets results for you and your business - no matter what size your business is.

Industry knowledge and qualifications

We continuously develop our professional knowledge to ensure an up-to-date understanding of the Fair Work Act and industrial agreements, contemporary workforce practices and workplace well-being initiatives. Our complementary backgrounds and industry education offer you confidence with Bachelor degree qualification in Human Resource Management, and certifications in Project Management and Strategic Human Resource Planning. We hold industry training and accreditation in focus areas such as Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordination, Workplace Well-being, Workplace Investigation, Industry bench marking for Remuneration Reviews, Inclusive Workplaces and Disability Awareness.
